Lenora is a resident of New York City and has over 25 years of global recruiting and human resources experience both in house and within the search industry. Lenora’s experience ranges from managing large scale complex talent acquisition projects to running executive search assignments for both Fortune 100 and 500 companies across the globe. Lenora’s experience has given her the opportunity to learn keen insights into the world of the C-Suite.

After building a successful career in the search industry in San Francisco she moved into a senior recruiting role for the firm PwC, then 5 years later took the opportunity to launch her own firm, Lee Stein & Associates.

Over the years Lenora has successfully lead searches in Technology, Financial Services, Biotech / Healthcare, Retail / CPG, Media & Art, Energy as well as other industry verticals.

Lenora approaches her work by establishing a strong level of communication and transparency and strives to exceed expectations of her clients on both sides of the desk. She truly loves headhunting and views every search as what will result in a “win-win” for all. She prides herself for the depth and breadth of her professional network and the length of time these relationships have flourished.

Living in NYC has given Lenora the opportunity to enjoy all the arts, especially Broadway theatre and is a proud Sponsoring Patron of the Metropolitan Opera. She was born and raised in Portland, Oregon and studied both Theatre Arts and Retail Merchandising.
